Finding a house
On your first trip to Valsesia or Oltrepò Pavese, we will send you on a tour. Once you have an idea what the region has to offer you tell us your budget and criteria with respect to rooms, floors, terrains, view, renovation appetite, etc. Thereafter we start short listing 4-5 interesting opportunities for you. Feel free to add opportunities you found through real estate agents. On your second visit we will visit the short-listed properties in 1 or 2 days of touring, for each property we will assess the technical condition, ownership and related purchase and renovation budget. We will support you in price negotiations and price agreement with the sellers.
